All My Place Hotels are newly constructed to ensure quality, consistency, and the highest standards designed to deliver value and maximize franchisee’s bottom line. My Place is truly a niche concept designed to occupy the gap which continues to exist between todays spotlighted midscale hotels and yesterdays fading economy hotels. To this effect, My Place is designed to enter most hotel markets today and be price competitive with any economy or lower midscale hotel, while competing on the basis of quality with today’s popular midscale hotels.

We’ve eliminated the inefficient, under utilized amenities and focused on what’s really important- maximizing revenue generating space while providing a well equipped room and a good nights rest.
