Who can join Stay Rewarded?
Stay Rewarded is open to anyone 18 years and older and is limited to one account per individual.
Can a company join Stay Rewarded?
Stay Rewarded accounts are limited to individual Members. Companies, groups, or other entities may not hold a membership in the Stay Rewarded program.
Are there any costs or fees to join Stay Rewarded?
No - membership in Stay Rewarded is free!
What are the benefits of membership?
There are many benefits, but to name a few:
- Membership is free and points are easy to redeem.
- Members start earning points on every qualified night after they have enrolled.
- Complimentary bottle of water at check in.
- Members will be the first to know about new hotel openings, exclusive offers, and will have opportunities to earn bonus points.
I don't travel frequently. Is it worth it for me to enroll?
Yes. Members earn points for each qualified night that they stay. Promotional bonus point offers enable members to earn points even faster.
I already belong to another hotel loyalty program. Should I still enroll?
Absolutely. Many Stay Rewarded Members belong to multiple loyalty programs. We hope that Stay Rewarded and My Place Hotels will soon become your favorite.
How can I enroll?
Enrollment is easy! Individuals may enroll in the program via www.myplacehotels.com, www.myplacestayrewarded.com, by calling the My Place Stay Rewarded team at 1-855-200-5685, or at participating My Place Hotels locations.
When will I receive a membership card?
In the interest of protecting our environment, no membership cards are issued. You do not need to present your membership card to earn points. However, your membership number and the option to print your card can be found by logging into www.myplacestayrewarded.com.
How do I earn points from my stays?
Once enrolled, you will earn points on all qualified nights that are booked directly with participating My Place Hotels, or by calling the My Place Hotels reservation line at 1-855-200-5685, or on www.myplacehotels.com or www.myplacestayrewarded.com.
How many points do I earn for my hotel stays?
Members earn 10 Stay Rewarded points for every $1.00 spent on each qualified night after enrollment. Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only.
What is considered a qualified night?
Any paid night booked directly with a participating hotel, by calling the My Place Hotels reservation line at 1-855-200-5685, or via www.myplacehotels.com or www.myplacestayrewarded.com. Bookings made via third parties (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, or CLC) do not qualify.
If I enroll during my hotel stay, will I start earning points for that stay?
Members will earn points for each night that they stay after they have enrolled in Stay Rewarded.
Can a Member earn points on multiple rooms per night?
A Member is eligible to earn points for up to two rooms per night.
Do I need to know my Stay Rewarded member number to earn points?
No. If a Member's reservation information matches the information in his or her Stay Rewarded member profile, points will be credited for that stay.
How long will it take for points to appear on my account?
Points are typically posted to your account within 24 hours of a qualified night.
Who do I contact if I am missing points from a stay?
If you did not receive points for a qualified stay, please complete the form on the Contact Us page of www.myplacestayrewarded.com. To speak to a member of the Stay Rewarded team call 1-855-200-5685. Requests for missing points must be submitted within 6 months from the date of check out.
How can I use the points I have earned?
Members can redeem their points for Visa eGift cards which can be used at any My Place Hotel to get dollars off a future stay. Points can also be redeemed for a variety of eGift cards usable at retailers and restaurants nationwide.
How do I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed through your member portal or by calling the Stay Rewarded® Team at 1-855-200-5685.
Will my points expire?
You will have 36 months to use your points from the day they are earned, or they will expire.
Will my account close?
If you have not had a stay at a My Place Hotel in 18 months, your account will close and any points that are on the account will be forfeited.
I don’t know my password, now what?
For lost or forgotten passwords, click on the forgot your password link on the sign in page on www.myplacestayrewarded.com.
If I have additional questions or need to talk to somebody about my account, who do I contact?
The Stay Rewarded team is available 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday Central Standard Time by dialing 1-855-200-5685. If a team member is not available, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the office.
How will you use the information I provide through the program?
