The best thing about any convention is just everybody gathering together and they're just excited to be there the energy is great and really just look forward to the next couple of days with a lot of new faces and a lot of familiar ones

The first night the opening ceremony was really great because we gave out Awards we usually don't do that. And in addition to giving out the wards I had the opportunity to announce our 100th franchise and that's a huge milestone for any company. I'm really glad we got here when we did the people that are involved in the first hundred franchises of my place couldn't be any better.

The evening events were fantastic we had great entertainment and it was really neat to see how much a part of the party

the music was but it didn't take away from all the different conversations that were happening.

The second day we were excited to see how many people showed up of each one of the sessions and really gave their full

attention. The balance of networking and information gathering product and program introductions and training and teaching that happened all in the sessions is what the my place convention is all about. The participation that we get from our industry partners and the way that they mix in with the whole group of my place people is really phenomenal.

There's just a ton of energy going into the third day in anticipation of handing out awards. For the people that were there that did receive Awards and weren't expecting them the shock and awe value was phenomenal. I mean Craig Larson comes up the whole

group was just as emotional as they could be about getting the property of the Year award. That means something it's a that's a really really big deal.

Every bit of the my place experience the whole thing is about people it's receiving Awards it's cutting a rug to the band it's networking around the lunch break it's going into the session not knowing what to expect and getting a download from Chip Rogers. What you recognize is there's a culture there there's a group of people organized for a purpose so my favorite experience of the entire my place convention is watching my place people have a my place experience.
