OFFICIAL RULES
PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES & DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE ENTRANT’S STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER) AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. To Enter: During the Promotion Period, participants must submit a nomination via Sponsor’s designated social media platform or entry form. Only currently licensed and practicing nurses are eligible to be nominated. Each nomination must include the required information about the nominee. By submitting a nomination, the nominator represents and warrants that the nominator has obtained the nominee’s consent to be nominated and to have the nominee’s information shared with Sponsor for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Submissions received after May 11, 2026, will not result in an entry. Each entrant must fully complete and submit the nomination form, including entrant’s full legal name (as it appears on entrant’s government-issued identification), valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested on the nomination form (together, the "Submission"). By entering a Submission, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and confirms that entrant has read and understands the Data Protection Notice contained in Section 16 below. Limit one (1) nomination per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified. In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Submission, and if a Prize is won, it will be awarded to that individual, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
2. Alternate Method of Entry: In lieu of the entry method listed above, you may send a 3”x 5” note card containing your name, address, and email address to Sponsor at My Place Stay Rewarded Caring for our Caregivers Sweepstakes 2026, PO Box 4850, Aberdeen, SD 57402-4850. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 11, 2026. By submitting this information via alternate method of entry, you agree to the terms of this Sweepstakes.
3. Selection of Winners: The winners will be drawn on or around May 12, 2026. Sponsor will randomly select five (5) entries from all eligible entries received. The winning entrants will be notified via direct message or the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within 30 days or an alternate winner may be selected. As a condition of receiving the prize, each potential winner must provide reasonable proof of current nursing licensure and practice status (which may include, without limitation, a copy of a current nursing license, a license number verifiable through the applicable state board of nursing, or a written attestation from the nominee’s current employer). Failure to provide such proof within the time period specified by Sponsor will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
4. To Find Out if You Have Won: Upon randomly selecting the winning entrant from all the entries received, Sponsor will contact the winning entrant via email. You will then need to go to your email account and check for new messages. If you receive an email that states, “YOU WIN!” and indicates that you won a Prize, follow the instructions to claim your prize.
5. Duration of Sweepstakes: The Sweepstakes will run from April 14, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. central time, to 11:59 p.m. central time on May 11, 2026.
6. Sweepstakes Prize: Five (5) Prizes are available. The Prizes for the Sweepstakes are as follows:
Each of the five (5) Prize winners will receive: (a) one (1) two-night stay at participating My Place Hotels of America (subject to availability and blackout dates; must be used within one (1) year of issuance); and (b) fifty thousand (50,000) Stay Rewarded Points (approximate value $100). Stay Rewarded Points are subject to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program. Winners must be enrolled in Stay Rewarded to receive their prize package. Travel, transportation, and incidental expenses are not included. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize package: $500.
7. Unclaimed Prizes: Any Prize not claimed by 5:00 p.m. central time on June 11, 2026 shall be deemed forfeited. No substitute winner shall be selected.
8. Prize Awards: All Prizes awarded are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted; prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. The winner must sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release if asked to do so. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and valid taxpayer identification number prior to prize fulfillment. If the ARV of any prize is $2,000 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. General Information: By entering the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the selection of the winner by Sponsor, which shall be final. If any prize or notification is returned, or undeliverable, winner will forfeit their prize. By submitting an entry, a winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting of first name and last initial on the Sponsor’s website and social media pages), except where prohibited. Sponsor may also request that the winner grant Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information in additional advertising, promotional, and marketing materials, except where prohibited by law.
10. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC who are 18 years old or older (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older), except employees and the families of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, management companies, promotion, interactive, advertising, and other similar agencies. Sponsor and its affiliated companies, representatives, franchisees, agents, or employees thereof are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against, any claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
11. Other Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, including the non-receipt of email winner notifications due to the proper operation of SPAM filters. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time and award the Prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website or to be acting in violation of the Rules. By participating, all participants signify their agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. By participating, all participants, on behalf of themselves, their legal representatives, estates, heirs and assigns, agree to release Sponsor and its affiliated companies, representatives, agents, marketing and promotions companies, and their respective agents and employees from any claims, injuries, losses or damages to persons or property of any kind sustained in connection with the promotion, or the receipt, possession, or use or misuse of any prize.
12. Winners List: For a list of prize winners contact Sponsor directly by telephone at 1-855-200-5685 or via email at stayrewarded@myplacehotels.com no later than June 11, 2026.
13. Reproduction: This offer may not be published elsewhere without the written permission of Sponsor. Sponsor’s mailing address is PO Box 4850, Aberdeen, SD 57402-4850.
14. Social Media Platforms: This Sweepstakes promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube (Google/Alphabet), LinkedIn (Microsoft), or any other social media platform (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”). By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to fully release and hold harmless all Social Media Platforms from any and all claims, liability, losses, or damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes to the maximum extent allowed by law. Entrants may not create multiple accounts on any Social Media Platform for the purpose of increasing their chance of winning. Sharing, reposting, tagging, or any other social media activity will not increase your chances of winning. Each Social Media
Platform’s terms of service and community guidelines apply to any content posted in connection with this Sweepstakes.
15. Stay Rewarded: You must be a member of Stay Rewarded and have activated your account to win a Prize.
16. Data Protection Notice: By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will collect, store, and use the personal information you provide in your Submission (including your name, email address, and Stay Rewarded account information) for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, selecting and notifying the winner, fulfilling the Prize, and as otherwise described herein. Your personal information may be shared with Sponsor's service providers, affiliates, and franchisees solely as necessary to administer this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will handle your personal information in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available on Sponsor's website. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with applicable consumer privacy legislation, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy.
