VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THE PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

These Official Rules govern the My Place Hotel-Jonesboro, AR Homecoming Football Giveaway (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is sponsored and administered by My Place Hotels of America, LLC (“Sponsor”). My Place Hotel-Jonesboro, AR is independently owned and operated by a Sponsor franchisee (the “Hotel Owner”), and neither the Hotel Owner nor the hotel is the sponsor or administrator of the Promotion. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Promotion consists of two (2) random drawings conducted in connection with the Homecoming football game between Arkansas State University and Georgia State University scheduled for October 24, 2026 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, in which entrants select either the home side or the visitor side.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, and agents of Sponsor, of the Hotel Owner, and of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, management companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person, are not eligible to enter or to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on August 31, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on October 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary. Entries submitted by either method have an equal chance of being selected.

(a) Social Media Method. During the Promotion Period, an entrant may enter by posting a comment on the designated Promotion post on the My Place Hotel-Jonesboro, AR Facebook or Corporate social media channels Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn accounts identified by Sponsor as the official Promotion account as follows: to enter the Home Side Drawing, comment “Red” or “Arkansas State”; to enter the Visitor Side Drawing, comment “Blue” or “Georgia State.” A comment that does not contain one of the foregoing terms will not be counted as an entry. Entrants must have a valid, existing account on the applicable platform and must comply with that platform’s terms of service.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry by Email. During the Promotion Period, an entrant may enter without using social media by sending an email to Stayrewarded@myplacehotels.com with the subject line “Homecoming Giveaway” and including in the body of the email the entrant’s full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and a statement identifying whether the entrant is entering the Home Side Drawing or the Visitor Side Drawing. Emails that omit any required information, or that are received after the close of the Promotion Period, will not be eligible.

Promotions generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries submitted from accounts established for the purpose of entering the Promotion, are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process.

4. Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing, and a maximum of two (2) entries per person in the aggregate. Duplicate, incomplete, or illegible entries may be disqualified. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disregarded, and Sponsor may disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the social media account or email account used to enter.

5. Winner Selection and Odds: Two (2) winners will be selected in total, one (1) from each of two (2) separate drawings. On or about October 13, 2026, Sponsor will select at random one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received in the Home Side Drawing and one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received in the Visitor Side Drawing during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable drawing. A person may win no more than one (1) prize.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: Two (2) prizes are available, as follows:

(a) Home Side Prize. Two (2) tickets in a seating location designated by Sponsor on the home side of the field for the football game between Arkansas State University and Georgia State University scheduled for October 24, 2026 at Centennial Bank Stadium, Jonesboro, Arkansas (the “Game”), and one (1) night of standard guest room accommodations at My Place Hotel-Jonesboro, AR for the night of October 24, 2026. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $300.

(b) Visitor Side Prize. Two (2) tickets in a seating location designated by Sponsor on the visitor side of the field for the Game, and one (1) night of standard guest room accommodations at My Place Hotel-Jonesboro, AR for the night of October 24, 2026. ARV: $300.

(c) Total ARV of all prizes: $600. Each prize is awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by Sponsor. The guest room accommodations and the Game tickets are furnished by the Hotel Owner, and Sponsor’s obligation with respect to each prize is limited to arranging for delivery of the prize components described above.

7. Prize Conditions: Each prize is subject to the following conditions:

(a) The accommodations portion of each prize is limited to one (1) standard guest room for the night of October 24, 2026 only, is subject to availability at the hotel, and has no cash value if unused. Neither Sponsor nor the Hotel Owner is under any obligation to provide an alternate date, an alternate property, or any substitute if the reserved room is not used.

(b) The guest of record must be twenty one (21) years of age or older and must present valid government-issued photo identification and a valid credit or debit card at check-in in accordance with hotel policy. An incidental authorization hold may apply and is the responsibility of the winner.

(c) Game tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, and transfer restrictions imposed by the issuer of the tickets and by the venue. Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or relocation of the Game, and no substitution, refund, or other compensation will be provided in any such event.

(d) Transportation to and from Jonesboro, Arkansas and the venue, parking, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidental charges, taxes on the accommodations, and all other costs and expenses not expressly identified in Section 6 are the sole responsibility of the winner.

(e) Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or any portion of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

(f) Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of the prize. Each winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or Form W-8, if applicable) with a valid taxpayer identification number prior to prize fulfillment. If the ARV of any prize is $2,000 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner.

8. Winner Notification and Claim Period: Each potential winner will be notified on or about October 13, 2026 by direct message through the platform used to enter or by reply to the email address provided at entry. Each potential winner must claim the prize within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent by responding to the notification and providing the information requested by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the claim period, inability to contact a potential winner, return of a notification as undeliverable, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or a determination that a potential winner is ineligible will result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case the prize will be offered to the next eligible winner, selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in the same drawing, who will likewise have five (5) days to claim the prize. Sponsor will make no more than two (2) alternate selections per drawing. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, all winner verification and prize fulfillment must be completed no later than October 21, 2026, and any prize not fully claimed and verified by that date may go unawarded.

9. Affidavit and Release: As a condition of receiving a prize, each potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within the claim period described in Section 8. Failure to return the executed documents within the required time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant agrees that Sponsor and its designees may use such entrant’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, hometown, statements, and the content of such entrant’s entry for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or consideration.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, the Hotel Owner, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, management companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion, the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, travel to or from any prize-related activity, attendance at the Game, or the guest room stay. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for any technical, hardware, software, network, or telecommunications failure of any kind. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, and each entrant waives all rights to claim such damages.

12. No Affiliation with Social Media Platform: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube (Google/Alphabet), LinkedIn (Microsoft), or any other social media platform (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”). By entering, each entrant agrees to fully release and hold harmless all Social Media Platforms from any and all claims, liability, losses, or damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion to the maximum extent allowed by law. Entrants may not create multiple accounts on any Social Media Platform for the purpose of increasing their chance of winning. Sharing, reposting, tagging, or any other social media activity will not increase your chances of winning. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion is provided to Sponsor and not to any Social Media Platform.

13. No Affiliation with Universities or Athletic Organizations: The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Arkansas State University, Georgia State University, the Sun Belt Conference, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, or any of their respective athletic departments, affiliates, or licensees. All institution names, team names, colors, logos, and other marks referenced in connection with the Promotion are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for purposes of identifying the Game.

14. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, tampering, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the scheduled end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may select the winners at random from among all eligible entries received in the applicable drawing prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

15. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, and will be used for purposes of administering the Promotion and as otherwise described in that policy. Personal information may be shared with Sponsor’s service providers, affiliates, and franchisees, including the Hotel Owner, solely as necessary to administer the Promotion.

16. Disputes and Governing Law: These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. Each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, South Dakota, and each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any recovery is limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Promotion, and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded.
