PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES & DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 IN ALABAMA AND NEBRASKA, 21 IN MISSISSIPPI) OR OLDER AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To Enter: Any person who 'likes' one of the official contest posts and comments who they think is going to win the Summit League Basketball Championships will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. In case of a dispute as to the identity of the winner who enters, the winning entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the winner’s Facebook profile, and if a Prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user. Entrants may not create additional Facebook accounts for the purpose of creating additional entries.
Alternate Method of Entry: In lieu of the entry method listed above, you may send a 3”x 5” note card containing your name, address, and email address to Sponsor at My Place Hotels Summit League Basketball Championships Giveaway 2026, PO Box 4850, Aberdeen, SD 57402-4850.
To Find Out if You Have Won: Upon randomly selecting the winning entrants from all the entries received, My Place Hotels of America will contact the winning entrants by Facebook Messenger. You will then need to go to your inbox and check for new messages. If you receive a message that states, “YOU WIN!” and indicates that you won a Prize, follow the instructions to claim your prize.
Duration of giveaway: The giveaway will run from February 16, 2026 until 12:00 a.m. central time on February 27, 2025. Prize will be drawn February 28, 2025 and will then be made available via Facebook Messenger.
Prize: One (1) Prize is available. The Prize is:
Two (2) all-session tickets to the Summit League Men’s & Women’s Basketball Championships March 4-8, 2026, and a two-night stay at the My Place Hotel-Sioux Falls, SD for the nights of March 6th and March 7th, 2026.
Odds of winning any Prize depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are not assignable. You may not win this giveaway if you have won a prize in one of Sponsor’s sweepstakes or contests in the past six (6) months.
Unclaimed Prizes: Any Prizes not claimed within 24 hours of the email notification shall be deemed forfeited. No substitute winner shall be selected.
Prize Awards: All Prizes awarded are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted; prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. The winner must sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release if asked to do so. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be asked to provide taxpayer information for tax reporting purposes.
General Information: By entering the giveaway, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the selection of the winner by Sponsor, which shall be final. If any prize or notification is returned, or undeliverable, winner will forfeit their prize. By submitting an entry, a winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting of first name and last initial on the Sponsor’s website and Facebook page), except where prohibited.
Eligibility: Giveaway open to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC, 18 or older (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi), except employees and the families of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, management companies, promotion, interactive, advertising, and other similar agencies. Sponsor and its affiliated companies, representatives, franchisees, agents, or employees thereof are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Other Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, including the non-receipt of email winner notifications due to the proper operation of SPAM filters. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this giveaway, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway by technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of the entries in the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this giveaway at any time and award the Prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website or to be acting in violation of the Rules. By participating, all participants signify their agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. By participating, all participants, on behalf of themselves, their legal representatives, estates, heirs and assigns, agree to release Sponsor and its affiliated companies, representatives, agents, marketing and promotions companies, and their respective agents and employees from any claims, injuries, losses or damages to persons or property of any kind sustained in connection with the promotion, or the receipt, possession, or use or misuse of any prize.
