Pet Policy

At My Place Hotels, we know pets are family—and we’re proud to welcome your furry companions at every one of our locations across the country. Whether you're traveling with your dog or cat, our pet-friendly policy is designed to keep tails wagging and your stay worry-free.

 

Pet-Friendly Overview

Pets Welcome: My Place Hotels welcome domesticated dogs and cats. While all hotels follow our brand pet policy, some may have property-specific restrictions. Please refer to the individual hotel’s property page for any location-specific deviations.

Number of Pets: Guests may bring up to two pets per room, with a combined maximum weight of 80 pounds.

Service Animals: Service animals are not considered pets and are always welcome under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

 

Pet Fees

Each hotel charges a pet fee, which may vary by location.

We recommend contacting the hotel directly before your stay to confirm specific fees and the availability of pet-friendly rooms.

All guests traveling with pets must have a valid credit card on file and are financially responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pets.

 

Pet Behavior & Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests:

  • Pets must be always leashed or in a carrier when outside the guest room.
  • When hotel staff are present in the room, pets must be secured in a carrier or temporarily removed.
  • Guests are required to clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly using the pet waste stations located on property.
  • Barking or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests may result in guests being asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet or vacate the hotel.

 

Room Assignments

Many of our locations designate specific rooms for guests traveling with pets to ensure added convenience and comfort.

Pet-friendly rooms are typically located near exits to make outdoor access easier for walking your pets.

 

Restrictions

Pets are not permitted in common areas, including the hotel lobby, My Store, and My Laundry.

My Place Hotels reserves the right to refuse accommodations or terminate a stay if the pet policy is violated or if a pet threatens the comfort or safety of others.

 

Legal & Liability

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel and My Place Hotels of America, LLC for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.

This pet policy is intended to comply with local, state, and federal laws, including the ADA. In the event of a conflict, the policy will be interpreted to align with the applicable law.
