NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The Red, White, and Rewarded at My Place Hotels! 250 Years. 250 Rewards. Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of My Place Hotels of America, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 8, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Primary Entry Method (Social Media): During the Promotion Period, follow these steps to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: (a) Join Sponsor’s Stay Rewarded loyalty program (membership is free and requires no purchase) or, if you are already a member, ensure your account is activated; and (b) comment on Sponsor’s designated Sweepstakes social media post sharing where you are traveling or have traveled, and include the hashtag #MPUSA250 in your comment. Your comment must be posted on Sponsor’s official social media post designated for this Sweepstakes on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and/or TikTok. Comments posted on reposted, shared, or unofficial versions of the post will not constitute valid entries. Each eligible entrant may receive one (1) entry via the Primary Entry Method during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of social media platforms on which the entrant comments. The feedback, opinions, or content shared in your comment will not affect your chances of winning.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Social Media Required): To enter without using social media, send an email to stayrewarded@myplacehotels.com with the subject line “Red White and Rewarded Entry” containing your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and Stay Rewarded member number (or a request to be enrolled in Stay Rewarded, which is free and requires no purchase) during the Promotion Period. Each eligible entrant may submit one (1) alternate entry during the Promotion Period. Alternate method entries will be given equal weight to social media entries.

Limit: Each entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry across all entry methods during the Promotion Period. Entrants may not enter via both the Primary Entry Method and the Alternate

Method of Entry. Entrants may not create multiple Stay Rewarded accounts or multiple social media accounts for the purpose of generating additional entries. Any attempt to enter more than once by using multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, or any other method will void all entries by that individual. In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used to enter, and if a Prize is won, it will be awarded to that individual, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting a comment as part of the Primary Entry Method, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the content of the entrant’s comment in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants represent and warrant that their comment is original, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and does not contain any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that Sponsor determines to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Official Rules.

5. Selection of Winners

On or about July 24, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select two hundred fifty (250) secondary prize winners and one (1) grand prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize (1): Two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) Stay Rewarded points and a two-night stay at any participating My Place Hotel property. Travel to and from the hotel, meals, incidentals, taxes, and all other expenses not specifically listed are the sole responsibility of the winner. The two-night stay is subject to availability and must be redeemed by July 31, 2027. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,000. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Secondary Prizes (250): Two thousand five hundred (2,500) Stay Rewarded points per winner. ARV of each Secondary Prize: $5.00 ARV. Total ARV of all Secondary Prizes: $1,250 ARV.

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,250 ARV. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Points will be deposited into the winner’s Stay Rewarded account after verification of eligibility and acceptance of the Prize.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be notified via email and/or social media direct message on or about July 24, 2026. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within ten (10) days of the date of notification to claim their prize (the “Claim Deadline”). If a potential winner cannot be

contacted, fails to respond by the Claim Deadline, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in an entrant’s email address, social media account, or other contact information.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes with an ARV of $2,000 or more, the winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and valid taxpayer identification number prior to prize fulfillment, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. Prize income is taxable regardless of whether a Form 1099-MISC is issued. Winners are advised to seek independent tax counsel regarding the tax implications of winning a prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, comment content, city and state of residence, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes on Sponsor’s website, social media pages, and in other media, without further compensation or notification.

10. General Conditions and Releases

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, or any travel related thereto.

11. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. In no event shall the Released Parties’ total liability to any entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes exceed the value of the prize won by such entrant. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action.

12. Social Media Platforms

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube (Google/Alphabet), LinkedIn (Microsoft), or any other social media platform (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”). By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to fully release and hold harmless all Social Media Platforms from any and all claims, liability, losses, or damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes to the maximum extent allowed by law. Entrants may not create multiple accounts on any Social Media Platform for the purpose of increasing their chance of winning. Sharing, reposting, tagging, or any other social media activity beyond posting the required comment with #MPUSA250 on Sponsor’s designated post will not increase your chances of winning. Each Social Media Platform’s terms of service and community guidelines apply to any content posted in connection with this Sweepstakes.

13. Winners List

For a list of prize winners, contact Sponsor directly by telephone at 855-200-5685 or by email at stayrewarded@myplacehotels.com no later than August 1, 2026.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, South Dakota, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any such dispute shall be brought on an individual basis only, and no entrant may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Data Protection Notice

By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will collect, store, and use the personal information you provide in connection with your entry (including your name, email address, mailing address, social media handle, comment content, and Stay Rewarded account information) for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, selecting and notifying winners, fulfilling prizes, and as otherwise described herein. Your personal information may be shared with Sponsor’s service providers, affiliates, and franchisees solely as necessary to administer this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will handle your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available on Sponsor’s website. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with applicable consumer privacy legislation, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
