My Place Hotels of America Opens My Place Hotel in Garner, NC

ABERDEEN, SD —July 14, 2025 — My Place Hotels of America has opened My Place Hotel-Raleigh/Garner in Garner, NC, the brand’s third property in the state. The hotel is owned by TGC Garner LLC. TGC Group developed the property, its fifth My Place hotel, all of which are managed by TGC Hospitality Management, which also third-party manages eight other My Place properties. It was designed by The Richardson Design Group.

Located at 110 Cleveland Crossing Drive, Garner, NC 27529, My Place Hotel-Raleigh/Garner offers guests easy access to major employers and city amenities. The area is also renowned for Lake Benson Park, which offers 64-acres of trails, playgrounds, fishing, and boating opportunities; the White Deer Park & Nature Center—96 acres of woodlands, paved trails, nature exhibits, wildlife spotting, and kid-friendly play zones; the Neuse River Greenway Trail, part of a scenic, 27-mile paved greenway ideal for biking, running, or a peaceful riverside stroll; the Downtown Garner Historic District, a walkable mix of preserved Queen Anne and Craftsman buildings, boutique shops, and restaurants.

The hotel is pet-friendly and offers the standard My Place extended-stay amenities, such as a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour My Store grab-and-go market, on-site laundry, and a computer with printing services. Guests can also enjoy a grilling pavilion, as well as $0 Grubhub delivery fees for food delivered to the hotel and a month of Grubhub+ free just for being a My Place guest.
