The Chamber of Commerce President, Matt Carbary, offered a supportive welcome address to the attentive attendees. The Marion Humane Society captured everyone’s hearts at the Grand Opening by showcasing some of its furry friends in need of a “forever home.” The Hotel’s Director of Operations, Cara Rose, displayed the true hospitality My Place Hotels offers by utilizing local food vendors, The Board Bee and 8 Sisters Bakery, to cater the event. The display was spectacular and did not disappoint!

The local community has benefited from the clean, comfortable rooms in the new hotel, as have leisure and business travelers. Its convenient location is a quick drive to Columbus, Ohio, and Marion serves as a hub for surrounding communities.
