Convenient location and a clean, comfortable room. They also allow pets for a $15 fee, which is good. A good option for a quick overnight stay.

My daughter was starting her first day of collage at IU and we decided to give this place a shot and it was perfect it was dog friendly had a very nice kitchen in it which made it perfect for a little bit of an extended stay very clean rooms as well .Lots of restaurants near by and shopping centers 20 to 28 from down town .Front desk was very helpful and polite .Will definitely use again.

It's a basic, no frills place. I was in town for work and needed a quiet place to stay close to the airport/city center. There is no pool, fitness center, etc., which is fine if you know that's what you're getting. The rooms themselves are clean and the staff were polite and helpful.

Very clean and great price. Denise (I think) at the front desk checked us in and she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with any questions!

We loved the room. We were afraid that it would be noisy that close to the airport but they have insulated well. We barely heard a single plane from the inside. The outside you could hear them well. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the beds are not as soft as places like Mariott, Days Inn, etc. They were fine but just not quite as soft. Staff was great and we plan to be back next time we need to be on this area overnight.

This is an ok hotel. We are traveling with a cat so we were grateful for the low 15.00 charge for him. The bad part was our room smelled like dog. The cost of getting an animal room I guess but if they are charging a fee they could at least use it for extra cleaning. The other low was they have no ice makers except for the fridge ice maker that you have to turn on when you get to your room. The clerk at the desk said it usually takes 10-15 minutes to make ice. Ok. I went back up to my room took my shower and dried my hair, 45 minutes no ice. Went back down stairs, spoke with the amazing Sarah, about needing ice to ice my knee. About 15 minutes later she arrived with a bag of ice! She is an angel! My actual ice maker dropped it's first load 2 hours after being turned on and then about 1 1/2 hours there after. It's ok if you are an extended stay guest but if you are one nighting it you have no ice for drinks or whatever else you need it for. My thanks goes out to the amazing Sarah! She saved the day!

We had a great time at this hotel! We were in town with our 60 pound dog and needed a couple of nights to stay. I reserved a pet friendly room, and it was very nice. It exceeded my expectations. There was a full sized fridge! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The rates are also very competitive compared to hotels around the area. I'd highly recommend.
