Clean and comfortable! Rooms include a kitchenette and the front desk has any cooking supplies you need. There is a Walmart and a gas station right next door to grab food. Staff members were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

I never write reviews. This hotel saved me and my family last night. We found ourselves with no abailable hotel rooms in the surrounding Boise area. My grandmother relies on an air machine and her battery was getting low. This amazing hotel offered us a room and - because we were in an emergency and were only there for 10 hours, gave us a very considerate discount. I will absolutely be reccomending this business to anyone I know travelling. The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The service at the counter is very accommodating even at very late hours. Thank you again so much My Place Hotel!

Vanessa is OUTSTANDING! Anytime I travel with my teenagers and there is a "special request" when making reservation I always ask for the clerk to say my room is haunted. I do this because as a mom of teenagers, you gotta get your hugs where you can. We were visiting Twin Falls for my step-dads funeral, so it was already a sad time, but the "ghosts" are something we always "happen to fall upon" so I kept the request. To be honest, I forgot I had made the request when we went to check in..but Vaness didn't. She was very friendly from the get-go, and then got very serious right before she handed us our key cards, to "inform us" that there had been mentions of our particular room being haunted, and to ask if we were ok with that. My kids lost it, lol. (in a good way!) We get to the room, and already the kids are wondering what kind of ghost haunts a hotel chain in Twin Falls, LOL. So they go downstairs to get bags and find Vanessa to ask her...Bless her...she didn't tell them a scary story. Just that there were reports of water turning itself on and various other little prankster type things (that a teenager looking at a drippy sink would see as "proof") This also opened the door for us to remember that Grandpa is watching over them and that they would be fine...Vanessa helped to transform a sad trip to something less sad, and there's not enough words to thank her for that. If you get lucky enough to have her at check-in, send her some love from Las Vegas...and heck, if you are traveling with kids, remember to ask for the prankster ghost. If you're lucky, Vanessa will be who is checking you in! Also - full kitchenette, 2 burner stove, microwave & big fridge! Do bring your own utensils if you plan on using the kitchenette though, as it isn't stocked. No Biggie.
