My Place Hotels Expands Colorado Footprint with New Westminster Franchise Deal

ABERDEEN, SD — April 24, 2026 — My Place Hotels of America has announced that it has signed a franchise agreement with Indus Empire Investment to bring a new My Place hotel to Westminster, CO. It will be the third My Place hotel to open its doors in the state, adding to the brand’s strategy of broader market diversification and growth in the region.

The four-story, 71-key property will be one of the first to feature the My Place 3.0 prototype. The updated exterior blends the cost-effectiveness of a pitched roof with the modern aesthetics of a flat roof, with the flexibility to switch based on preferences or local regulations. Finishes are also designed for adaptability, allowing easy interchange between manufactured panel products and applied systems like Dryvit. The property will include the My Place Business Suite, a roughly 470-sq.-ft. room geared toward individual business travelers or small families, featuring a king bed and a ducted VTAC unit for balanced climate control throughout.

Westminster is located between Colorado Springs and Loveland and is projected to grow significantly in the coming years. The area offers retail, entertainment, corporate, and outdoor demand drivers. Its proximity to Denver International Airport and easy access to both Denver's urban core and tech hub make it attractive to leisure and business travelers alike.
