My Place Hotels Promotes Eric Myers to Senior Vice President
My Place Hotels of America promotes Eric Myers to senior vice president of franchise development — reflecting his leadership contributions and a strategic realignment to support The Rivett Organization’s vertically integrated growth platform.
Myers will lead franchise growth initiatives while strengthening collaboration across The Rivett Organization’s affiliated companies. His responsibilities include reinforcing alignment between franchise development, construction and operations teams to support disciplined, long-term brand expansion.
Myers will work closely with Brian Quinn, The Rivett Organization’s newly-appointed chief development officer, to advance enterprise-wide development objectives. Together, they will focus on cohesive franchise expansion, portfolio positioning and sustainable brand growth for My Place Hotels.
Myers joined The Rivett Organization in 2015 as vice president of development, bringing an owner-focused perspective to real estate and development efforts. In 2018, he transitioned into franchise development, where he has played a key role in the continued growth of the My Place brand.
