Hello, Arkansas! My Place Celebrates in Bentonville

My Place Hotels was recently thrilled to open our first location in Arkansas, marking an exciting milestone for our growing presence in the South. The warm southern hospitality was showcased in full display as our brand representatives arrived to celebrate this achievement, alongside the Bentonville Chamber of Commerce, the City of Bentonville, the ownership/management group, TGC Hospitality, and other community supporters.

Guests at the grand opening were invited to explore the property and experience firsthand the well-known comfort and convenience that My Place hotels are known for. Upon stepping foot into the doors of the hotel, attendees were welcomed with a spread of treats, including delicious cake pops and creative charcuterie cups thoughtfully prepared for the occasion. As the event unfolded, individuals were seen exploring all the amenities My Place Hotel-Bentonville/Rogers, AR has to offer, including the 24-hour My Store, which offers a variety of different snacks and essentials, an onsite laundry facility, as well as both single and double room layouts featuring a dedicated workspace and full kitchens, ideal for guests staying for a short or long-term stay. Along the way, guests had the opportunity to meet the members of the local staff, who help play a role in the warm, personalized service My Place Hotels is proud to deliver throughout the 35 states we occupy today. 

To show just how important the opening in Bentonville is not only to My Place, but also to the community, we heard from several parties, including the Mayor of Bentonville; Stephanie Orman, TGC Director of Marketing and Culture; Jill Taylor, My Place-Bentonville's General Manager; Stephanie Comer, My Place VP of Franchise Development; Eric Myers, President of TGC Hospitality Management; Leslie McClure, and President and CEO of Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce; Brandom Gengelbach.

In addition to the comforts found within the hotel, the property is also located in a prime location for outside activities. Just under 5 minutes away, guests can explore The Walmart Museum, where you can take a walk down Walmart's history, stepping foot in the original Waltons' store. Travel just one minute further and you can view Walmart's very own headquarters, located only 3.4 miles away from My Place. For dining convenience, My Place Hotel-Bentonville is in a well-positioned area, with restaurants like Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's being less than 5 minutes away.
