My Place Hotels officially were able to celebrate the Grand Opening of My Place Hotel-Jonesboro, AR with an afternoon full of community connections, great food, and warm welcomes from local leaders and guests alike!

As guests gathered outside in preparation of the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, community and brand leaders shared remarks on behalf of the property and the City of Jonesboro. Speakers included representatives from the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, members of the City of Jonesboro, ownership representatives Kishan and Dan Das, and last but not the least, My Place Hotels of America own CEO, Ryan Rivett.

What made the celebration especially memorable was the genuine connection between ownership and the Jonesboro community. Owners Dan and his family are deeply rooted in the area, operating more than 10 businesses in the area locally maintaining strong personal relationships throughout the community. When owners and Chamber Member's greet each other on first name basis, it feels less like a formal ribbon cutting and more like longtime friends coming together to celebrate an exciting shared milestone.

The hotel itself is truly a family operation through and through. Dan's wife and his son, Kishan play an active role in running the property, with Kishan serving as the General Manager. Their hands-on involvement and pride in the business were reflected throughout the event and the superb guest experience the hotel offers is evident.
